What you will work on

• Be present at the assigned Kanker / Kondagaon project site and organise daily work for plantation and dome-structure execution.
• Read approved drawings, specifications and work schedules; translate them into clear instructions for supervisors, contractors and labour teams.
• Supervise site preparation, setting out, foundations, assembly and related dome-structure activities against approved designs and instructions from the responsible designers and specialists.
• Direct plantation operations, including pit preparation, plant placement, irrigation arrangements and aftercare according to the project plan.
• Plan labour, materials, tools and equipment; coordinate procurement and deliveries with the Raipur office to avoid work interruptions.
• Check workmanship, dimensions, quantities and progress; maintain measurements, photographs and daily site reports.
• Coordinate safe work practices, raise site risks and technical queries promptly, and obtain approval before changes to drawings or scope.
• Follow through on inspections, corrections, completion records and handover.

Relevant skills

• Engineering knowledge and practical ability to execute civil or structural-site work, read drawings and check measurements.
• Experience coordinating contractors, labour teams, materials and day-to-day site activities.
• Ability to handle both dome-structure works and plantation execution, coordinating specialist technical inputs when needed.
• Clear reporting, quantity tracking, quality awareness and disciplined follow-up.
• Willingness and availability to work at the assigned Kanker / Kondagaon project site; this is not a work-from-home role.
